Hi! I'm Candi, the proud owner and creative mind behind Caking It With Candi. What started as a love for baking in my home kitchen has grown into a fulfilling business where I get to share my passion for desserts with you! ​
My journey hasn't been without its ups and down- after opening as a pop-up shop and experiencing some twists and turns, I knew I had to come back stronger. That's why this relauch, what I call the Sweet Restart, is so special to me. It represents more than just new flavors and fresh ideas--- it's about resilience, growth, and finding joy again through baking.

The Story Behind Caking It With Candi
Originally named Distinctive Delights, I quickly realized that my brand needed to evolve. After experimenting with other names like Candi Love's Bakery, I finally landed on Caking It With Candi.
This name perfectly captures what I do-creating and sharing joy through baking right from my home in Charleston, SC.

Now, with every cupcake I bake and every cake I design, I'm reminded of the journey that brought me here-and I'm excited to share that joy with you.
